Immigration Associate

Shaikpet, Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Immigration Associate to join our Immigration Team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good computer knowledge, and the ability to work from our Shaikpet office. This role involves supporting immigration-related documentation and coordination activities within our staffing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Immigration team with day-to-day documentation and case coordination
- Maintain and update immigration records accurately in internal systems
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Handle emails, data entry, and document management efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company processes and timelines
- Provide administrative and operational support as required
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer usage (MS Office, email, internet tools)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Willingness to work on-site from the Shaikpet office
