Role Description  The Fashion Design Specialist will work full time on-site in Hyderabad, collaborating closely with design, merchandising, and store teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and developing ethnic and handloom-inspired collections, creating detailed design sketches, and selecting appropriate textiles, colors, and embellishments. The role involves working with production teams to translate designs into finished garments, overseeing sampling, and ensuring quality and fit standards are met.

The specialist will also contribute to styling looks for store displays, photoshoots, and digital campaigns, and may support graphic design needs such as patterns, prints, and visual assets. Regular tasks include researching trends in ethnic wear and handlooms, maintaining design documentation, and aligning collections with brand identity and customer preferences.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Fashion Design and Fashion Styling.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Textiles and Sewing.
Candidates should possess abilities in Graphic Design related to fashion patterns, prints, and visual assets.
Formal education in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with ethnic wear, handlooms, or traditional crafts is an advantage.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly.
Attention to detail, strong time management, and willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad.
