Essential Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Education / relevant subject area
- IB-recognized training in:
- MYP (Category 1 & 2 preferred)
- DP (Category 1 & 2 preferred)
- Minimum 8–10 years of IB teaching experience, including:
- At least 4–5 years in a leadership role (MYPC / DPC / HOD / Academic Coordinator)
- Strong understanding of IB philosophy, learner profile, ATL skills, assessment practices, and programme standards & practices
- Experience with IB authorization, evaluation, and programme development
Preferred / Added Advantage
- IBEN workshop leader / site visitor experience
- Experience handling both MYP & DP simultaneously
- Curriculum mapping & vertical articulation experience
- Exposure to NEP / CBSE / CIS integration (for Indian schools)
- Excellent communication and staff mentoring skills
