Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for the Head of MYP (Middle Years Programme) & DP (Diploma Programme). The Head will be responsible for the academic and administrative leadership of the MYP and DP frameworks, ensuring their successful implementation and adherence to IB standards. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, teacher mentoring, professional development coordination, fostering an inclusive and inquiry-driven learning environment, and building partnerships with all stakeholders including students, parents, and faculty.

The Head will play a critical role in shaping academic success and maintaining a culture of collaborative and innovative education excellence.

Qualifications
Extensive experience in teaching and managing the IB MYP and DP curriculum.
Expertise in curriculum planning, teacher mentorship, and the IB framework.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
A Master's degree in Education or relevant field; IB-certified training is highly preferred.
Commitment to fostering a learner-centered, inclusive, and inquiry-driven educational environment.
Proficiency in managing stakeholders such as students, parents, and staff effectively.
