Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer at EKALASAALA in Hyderabad. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

· Technical Trainers and Technical Training skills like C/C++/Data Science / Web Development Plus

· Training & Development and Training skills

· Strong communication skills

· Experience in creating training materials

· Ability to assess training effectiveness

· Knowledge of instructional design principles

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

· Ability to assess training needs and customize training content

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Education, etc.)

· Certifications in Training or related fields are a plus

Roles & Responsibilities
Review and understand scripts before recording
Record voice-overs as per quality standards
Maintain correct pronunciation, tone, and pace
Follow script direction
Match voice style to project requirements
