The Head Mistress is responsible for the academic and administrative leadership of the assigned school section. She ensures effective curriculum delivery, teacher performance, student discipline, parent engagement, and compliance with CBSE norms and school policies.

Skills & Competencies Required
• Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of CBSE, NEP, pedagogy.
• Organizational and decision-making ability.
• Proficiency in digital tools and ERP systems.
• Empathy, problem-solving, and positivity.
Qualifications & Experience
• Postgraduate +
B.Ed. mandatory.
• Total 10–12 years teaching experience in that 5 years Leadership role
• Experience in Hyderabad CBSE schools preferred.
Working Conditions
• Full-time on-campus role.
• Extended hours during events, exams, and meetings.
