Key Requirements

✅ Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Overseas Education Counselling

✅ Graduation is mandatory (Post-graduation preferred)

✅ Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, and English (mandatory)

✅ Excellent communication, counselling, and relationship management skills

✅ Strong conversion and target-achievement capabilities

✅ Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM systems

✅ Ability to work independently and in a performance-driven environment

✅ Immediate joining

Roles & Responsibilities

-Complete daily targets set for tele calling and report performance and conversions to the manager, with achievable conversion targets defined by the managers.

- Provide end-to-end counselling to students and parents for overseas education

- Advise on country, university, course selection, and admission pathways

-Manage student applications, documentation, and offer-letter processes

- Drive enrolments by converting qualified leads into successful admissions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system

- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, visas, and student onboarding

- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets

Job Details

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Days:
Monday to Saturday

Salary - ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience)
