In this role, you will execute and maintain live buy-side campaigns within an approved structure and strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring correct setup, continuous monitoring, and accurate reporting, while applying optimizations strictly based on defined direction or approval. You will act as the operational backbone for agency teams, ensuring media budgets are invested efficiently to meet advertiser KPIs.
What You’ll Do:
- Campaign Structure & Strategy:
Implement campaign structures exactly as defined, including naming conventions, hierarchy, budgets, and targeting layers (Audience, Geo, Contextual). Execute the approved agency strategy without altering objectives, channels, or KPIs unless directed.
- Setup & Creative Management:
Complete advertiser account setup, tracking validation (Pixels/Floodlights), access checks, and platform readiness. Upload and rotate creative assets as provided without influencing creative selection, ensuring all assets meet DSP specs and policy requirements.
- Monitoring & Maintenance:
Monitor delivery, pacing, spend, and platform alerts on a daily basis to ensure full budget utilization. Perform routine checks to prevent under-delivery or over-delivery against Insertion Orders (IOs).
- Optimization:
Apply directional optimizations (bid changes, site exclusions, pausing, budget shifts) as explicitly instructed to improve CPA, ROAS, or CTR performance. Identify performance opportunities and execute changes only after receiving approval ("Thinking with Approval").
- Reporting:
Produce scheduled reports with accurate metrics and delivery summaries to support agency client reporting.
- Communication:
Manage routine operational communication and status updates regarding setup, delivery, and reporting, serving as a reliable partner to account management teams.
Who You Are:
- Experience:
You have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital campaign management, ad operations, or performance marketing within Buy-Side or Sell-Side environments (agency, trading desk, publisher, or ad-tech). You understand the end-to-end lifecycle of digital campaigns, from IO setup and trafficking to optimization, reporting, and reconciliation. Candidates with experience in programmatic, display, video, or search advertising are suitable for this role, provided they have worked on campaign execution and performance analysis.
- Tool Expertise:
You have hands-on experience with at least one digital advertising or ad-serving platform, including Display & Video 360 (DV360), Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Free Wheel, or comparable DSPs or publisher ad-serving technologies. You are proficient in working with third-party ad servers, measurement, and verification tools, such as Integral Ad Science (IAS), Double Verify (DV), and MOAT, with a solid understanding of campaign delivery, brand safety, and performance metrics.
- Operational Discipline:
You have a keen eye for detail and can follow strict structural definitions for campaign setup. You understand that a single error in targeting or budget entry can have significant financial implications, and you approach every task with a "zero-error" mindset.
- Analytical
Skills:
You can interpret data to identify performance opportunities and produce accurate delivery summaries. You go beyond simple reporting; you can look at a data set and spot why a line item is under-pacing or why a specific creative is driving higher conversions.
- Communication:
You are capable of managing routine operational communication with internal teams and clients. You can clearly articulate technical issues (e.g., "why a pixel isn't firing") to non-technical stakeholders and provide proactive status updates
Additional Requirements:
- Shift Flexibility:
You are willing to work in rotational shifts, specifically US/Night shifts.
- Work Mode:
This is a Work From Office (WFO) role based in Hyderabad.
- Execution Focus:
You thrive on ensuring stable campaign delivery and the timely execution of approved optimizations. You are comfortable managing high-volume tasks across multiple advertisers without losing track of individual campaign nuances
