Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Teaching and Learning Coach. The Teaching and Learning Coach will support educators by facilitating professional development sessions, providing guidance in implementing effective teaching strategies, assisting with curriculum development, and promoting student-centered learning methods. The role includes collaborating with teachers to design lesson plans, enhancing teaching quality, and ensuring the alignment of instructional practices with educational standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching methodologies
- Proficient in Curriculum Development and foundational understanding of Education practices
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with educators and stakeholders
- Experience in developing innovative pedagogical approaches and assessments
- Passion for education and a commitment to fostering student engagement and success
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Experience in teacher training or instructional coaching is highly desirable
