Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Early Years Program (EYP) Coordinator at The Shri Ram Academy. The EYP Coordinator will lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Early Years curriculum. Responsibilities include mentoring and guiding educators, supporting professional development, maintaining open communication with parents, and ensuring alignment with IB PYP standards. The role also involves fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment to inspire young learners in their formative years.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Early Childhood Education, curriculum planning, and implementation
- Hands-on experience with IB PYP framework and inquiry-based learning methodologies
- Excellent skills in team leadership, mentoring, and fostering professional growth
- Proficiency in communication, collaboration with stakeholders, and community engagement
- Organizational and time management skills to efficiently oversee multiple tasks
- A passion for education and a commitment to nurturing young learners
- Minimum qualifications include a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; an IB Certificate is highly desirable
- Prior experience as an educator or in a management role within an IB-accredited institution
