Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Design Facilitator. The Design Facilitator will collaborate with students and other faculty members to guide and support the development of design skills and creative thinking. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging design lessons, fostering a creative and inquiry-driven learning environment, and supporting students in understanding design principles and practices. The role also involves staying updated on innovative design trends and integrating them into the curriculum to inspire a forward-thinking approach to education.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of design principles, innovation, and creative design techniques
- Proficiency in digital design tools and applications conducive to learning environments
- Experience in teaching or facilitating design workshops, with the ability to engage and inspire students
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
- Ability to foster inquiry-based learning and encourage creativity in a diverse student population
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Education, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus)
- Familiarity with the IB curriculum or inquiry-driven education frameworks preferred
- A passion for education and a commitment to encouraging creativity and innovation in students
