Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Spanish Facilitator. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching the Spanish language to students across designated grade levels, developing lesson plans, and designing activities that promote language acquisition and cultural understanding. Daily tasks may include evaluating student progress, implementing the IB framework, fostering an engaging classroom environment, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum.

The Spanish Facilitator will also participate in school activities, parent meetings, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Spanish language instruction, including both verbal and written skills
- Strong understanding of the IB philosophy and ability to integrate its principles into the curriculum
- Lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management skills
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, or a related field (a master's degree and/or teaching certification in IB would be an asset)
- Experience teaching Spanish in a school setting, preferably with IB curriculum experience
- Adaptability to foster meaningful learning experiences for diverse groups of students
