Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position in Hyderabad for a PYP Facilitator. The role involves creating inquiry-based learning experiences in alignment with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing engaging lesson plans, facilitating student-centered learning, fostering collaboration and curiosity among students, assessing individual progress using effective evaluation methods, and actively participating in professional development and faculty collaboration.
The PYP Facilitator will also nurture a global perspective and encourage critical thinking and creativity in students.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework and methodologies
- Proficiency in designing and implementing lesson plans that prioritize inquiry-based, student-centered learning
- Effective communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Experience with assessment strategies, evaluation techniques, and providing constructive feedback to support student growth
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, subject specialization, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Relevant teaching certification or qualification recognized by IB schools
- Passion for fostering creativity, critical thinking, and a global outlook in students
- Previous experience in an IB school environment is preferred
