Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Early Years Programme (EYP) Facilitator based in Hyderabad. As an EYP Facilitator, you will guide young learners in a collaborative and engaging environment to foster their curiosity, creativity, and passion for learning. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering developmentally appropriate learning experiences, promoting inquiry-based teaching methods, and facilitating activities that support cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.

You will also collaborate with fellow educators and communicate effectively with families to ensure holistic student growth, embodying the school's core values of excellence and compassion.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in designing and implementing age-appropriate learning activities and fostering inquiry-based learning methods.
- Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and relationship building with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Understanding of child development principles and early learning frameworks; experience with IB curriculum is an advantage.
- Creativity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for nurturing young minds in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- A relevant bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; a certification in IB PYP or equivalent is preferred.
- Passion for lifelong learning, student-centric teaching, and a commitment to upholding TSRA’s vision and values.
