The ideal candidate will inspire young learners through movement, rhythm, and creative expression while fostering confidence, coordination, and joy in performance. Experience in handling early childhood learners with age-appropriate and engaging teaching strategies is essential.
Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct engaging dance sessions for Early Years and Primary students
Introduce rhythm, movement, and coordination through creative activities
Teach various dance styles (classical, contemporary, folk, western, creative movement, etc.)
Choreograph performances for Annual Day, cultural programs, and school events
Create a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment
Develop students’ flexibility, balance, rhythm, and stage confidence
Ensure student safety and well-being during sessions
Collaborate with staff for school-wide events and activities
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or certification in Dance / Performing Arts
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (Early Years experience preferred)
Strong understanding of age-appropriate teaching methods
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Passion for performing arts and child development
