Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal, located in Hyderabad. The Principal will oversee the academic and administrative operations of the school, ensuring high educational standards are maintained across the Cambridge and CBSE curricula. Responsibilities include setting and implementing the school’s vision, managing faculty and staff, monitoring student performance, interacting with parents and stakeholders, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations and standards.

The Principal will also lead initiatives to further the school's mission to provide holistic and dynamic education.

Qualifications
Proven experience in academic leadership and familiarity with Cambridge and CBSE curricula.
Expertise in school administration, including staff management, compliance, and policy implementation.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to foster a positive school culture and collaborate effectively with faculty, students, and parents.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills to manage day-to-day operations and implement long-term strategies.
Passion for education and a commitment to driving student achievement and holistic growth.
Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field and relevant certifications are preferred.
Experience in a similar capacity, with a track record of success in school leadership roles, is a significant advantage.
