Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Back Office Training development, responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for back-office staff. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to perform administrative, data management, and support functions efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
Desired Skills &
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a Graduate / Postgraduate.
3-6 years of experience as Trainer/Training Developer or relevant.
Training Content Creations for Training Developer role would be a plus.
