The ideal candidate should have experience teaching Cambridge and/or IB (International Baccalaureate) curriculum , with a strong focus on developing students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills through engaging, inquiry-based learning methods.
Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with Cambridge and/or IB curriculum frameworks
Develop students’ skills in reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication
Encourage creative expression through storytelling, literature, and writing activities
Implement inquiry-based and student-centered teaching strategies
Assess student progress using formative and summative assessments
Provide constructive feedback and support student development
Maintain effective communication with parents and school leadership
Participate in curriculum planning, school events, and professional development
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Cambridge and/or IB Primary English
Strong understanding of international curriculum standards
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Passion for teaching language and literature to young learners
