Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor based in Hyderabad. The Counsellor will provide personalized guidance to students seeking education in Europe, helping them select suitable courses and universities. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end application process, assisting with visa processing and documentation, offering advice on scholarships, providing cultural readiness support, and conducting mock interviews. The role requires effective communication, relationship-building, and the ability to stay updated on admission requirements and procedures.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to provide personalized guidance
Strong research skills to stay updated on European education systems, universities, and application criteria
Organizational and time management skills to manage applications and documentation processes
Interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions
Prior experience in educational counseling or knowledge of European education systems is preferred
Graduate degree in education, counseling, or a related field
