Role Description
The Early Years - Grade 2 Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The Coordinator will oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom activities, ensuring adherence to the Cambridge and CBSE methodologies. Additionally, they will mentor teachers, facilitate workshops, communicate with parents, and foster an engaging and supportive learning environment for students. The role includes maintaining records, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with staff to enhance educational outcomes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in planning and implementing curriculum for Early Years to Grade 2 students.
Strong team leadership skills to support teachers, manage classroom activities, and foster professional development.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, engage with parents, and interact with young learners.
Familiarity with the Cambridge and CBSE curricula and an understanding of early childhood education principles.
Organizational and time management skills to handle academic schedules, progress tracking, and reporting efficiently.
Proficiency in using educational tools and digital platforms to enhance student learning and classroom management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field; relevant certifications or experience in early education are an advantage.
Enthusiasm for holistic child development, creativity in problem-solving, and a passion for education.
