Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Principal to lead the school, ensure academic excellence, and foster a positive learning environment for students and staff. The Principal will oversee daily school operations, curriculum implementation, staff management, student development, and compliance with educational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and strategic direction for the school.
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
Supervise and support teaching and administrative staff.
Manage school operations, policies, and procedures.
Promote student discipline, welfare, and overall development.
Build strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the community.
Monitor academic performance and implement improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Manage school budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Education or a related field.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of school administration and educational regulations.
