Role Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic School Counselor with 1–2 years of experience to support student well-being and strengthen partnerships with schools. The ideal candidate will regularly visit multiple schools, collaborate with school management, and support GTM initiatives by promoting Novo's Emotional Intelligence platform and student development.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit multiple schools regularly to build and maintain strong relationships with school management, principals, teachers, and counselors.
• Guide parents and educators on supporting students through Novo's Emotional Intelligence platform.
• Plan and conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and student engagement activities in schools.
• Support GTM initiatives by promoting Novo's programs and increasing adoption among partner schools.
• Coordinate with school authorities to schedule counseling sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns
• Gather feedback from schools, students, and parents to improve program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of school visits, counseling sessions, and follow-up activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of school engagement programs.
• Represent SAAP Technologies and Novo at school events and educational programs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in school counselling, student counselling, or educational outreach.
• Willingness to travel extensively and visit multiple schools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required
