Role Overview
:
The Operations Associat e will work closely with the Operations Manager to support students throughout their academic journey. This role focuses on student guidance, mentoring, engagement, and progress tracking, ensuring students stay motivated, make informed decisions, and remain on track to achieve their goals

Key Responsibilities
:
-1. Student Guidance & Mentorsh
ipAct as a mentor and first point of contact for students for academic and career-related guidan
ce Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to understand student progress, challenges, and goa
ls Provide structured guidance, clarity, and motivation to keep students on tra
ck Escalate complex or sensitive student concerns to the Progression Manag
er2. Student Engagement & Suppo
rt Support and execute student engagement initiatives to improve learning outcom
es Identify students who may need additional attention or interventi
on Assist in conducting mentoring sessions, group discussions, and touchpoin
ts Collect and share student feedback to improve engagement and mentoring process
es3. Progress Tracking & Insigh
ts Maintain and update student progress trackers using Google Sheets / Exc
el Assist in reviewing academic and engagement data for student monitori
ng Share key observations and insights with the Progression Manager for timely interventio

Experience
:
