Role Overview  We are seeking a passionate and dedicated  School Special Educator  to join our School Wing. The ideal candidate will support students with diverse learning needs by designing and implementing individualized educational interventions within a school environment. The Special Educator will collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, parents, and other professionals to promote inclusive education and help students achieve their academic and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities
Assess students with learning and educational needs through observations and standardized assessments.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each student's academic and developmental requirements.
Deliver individualized and small-group educational interventions.
Support students with Learning Disabilities (LD), Intellectual Disabilities (), ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other educational needs within the school environment.
Collaborate with classroom teachers, school psychologists, parents, and school leadership to ensure inclusive learning practices.
Adapt lesson plans, teaching strategies, and classroom materials to meet individual student needs.
Monitor student progress and prepare detailed educational reports and documentation.
Conduct parent meetings and provide guidance on home-based learning strategies.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case discussions, and school intervention planning.
Maintain professional, ethical, and educational standards in accordance with organizational and school policies.

Required Skills and Experience    

B.Ed. in Special Education  is mandatory.
Specialization in  Learning Disability (LD)  or  Intellectual Disability ()  is mandatory.
Strong understanding of inclusive education and differentiated instructional strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong documentation and educational reporting skills.
Compassionate, student-centred, and professional approach.

Engagement Details
Position:  Full-time
Salary:  ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month
Benefits:  Provident Fund (PF) and other company benefits
Locations:  Manikonda, Hyderabad & Bachupally, Hyderabad
Working Days:  Monday to Saturday

Working Hours:

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Qualifications
B.Ed. in Special Education  (Mandatory)
Specialization in  Learning Disability (LD)  or  Intellectual Disability ()  (Mandatory)
M.Ed. in Special Education  is preferred.
Freshers with relevant internships or teaching practice are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior experience in schools or inclusive education settings will be preferred.
