Student Success Executive

Job profile:  The Student Success Executive (SSE) in Emertxe is a student coaching and engagement role. The SSE works directly with student cohorts building relationships, monitoring progress, motivating consistently and driving placement outcomes. This role requires SSE to connect with engineering students and sustain high engagement throughout Emertxe’s long term placement oriented program.

Responsibilities:
Proactively engage, coach and motivate cohort of students. Conduct coaching sessions to monitor progress, identify struggling students, and follow up on previous commitments
Deliver structured orientation programs, soft skill sessions and placement readiness workshops to students at key points across the programme
Identify students who are falling behind and counsel them individually for higher performance and outcomes
Coordinate with Program Managers, Technical Mentors, and the Placement Team as needed
Provide timely operational support for a cohort of students to ensure their technical learning journey is smooth and effective

Skills:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Dynamic and go-getter mentality to get things done on time
Ability to strike conversation with students and motivate them by providing right information on time
Previous experience in handling students in Academia / Counseling / Recruitment industry would be a plus
Proficiency in usage of various office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
