Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group career counselling to students, especially Grades 8–12.
Conduct career aptitude, interest, and personality assessments.
Guide students on academic streams, courses, colleges, universities, and career options.
Support students with college applications, entrance exams, scholarships, and admission processes.
Conduct career awareness workshops, seminars, university sessions, and parent interactions.
Maintain student counselling records and track career-planning progress.
Coordinate with universities, colleges, industry professionals, parents, teachers, and school leadership.
Stay updated on emerging careers, higher-education opportunities, and admission trends.
Qualification & Experience
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
Certification in Career Counselling is preferred.
2–5 years of relevant experience , preferably in a school or educational institution.
Key Skills
Excellent counselling and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of higher education and career pathways.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Empathy, confidentiality, and ability to work effectively with students and parents.
Strong research, organization, and documentation skills.
