We are looking for a Dean who combines  academic credibility, research excellence, institutional leadership and global ambition  — someone capable of building an outstanding faculty, strengthening research, deepening international partnerships and creating a distinctive intellectual identity for the School.
The Opportunity
The Dean will provide overall academic and strategic leadership to the Woxsen School of Business, working closely with University leadership, faculty, students, industry and international academic partners.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead the School through its next stage of growth, with particular emphasis on:
Academic Excellence
Define and execute the School's academic strategy and long-term positioning.
Strengthen the quality, relevance and international standing of its programmes.
Build a culture of academic excellence, intellectual independence and continuous innovation.
Lead curriculum development and new programme creation aligned with emerging global business needs.
Research & Knowledge Creation
Establish the School as a  research-intensive and internationally visible business school .
Attract and retain high-calibre faculty with strong research potential.
Increase the quality, impact and international visibility of the School's research output.
Develop research centres, laboratories, interdisciplinary initiatives and international collaborations.
Encourage high-impact research in areas including AI, technology, entrepreneurship, marketing, strategy, organisational behaviour, finance, sustainability and emerging-market business.
Faculty & Talent
Build a world-class and internationally diverse faculty.
Develop high-potential academic talent and future academic leaders.
Create an environment that rewards research excellence, teaching quality, collaboration and intellectual contribution.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a  distinguished academic and proven academic leader  with:
A PhD or equivalent terminal degree from a recognised institution.
A strong record of  high-quality international research and publications .
A demonstrated record of academic leadership as Dean, Associate Dean, Department/Area Chair, Director, Head or equivalent.
Experience building faculty, programmes, research centres or academic institutions.
Strong understanding of international business-school education and global academic trends.

Experience with international accreditation, rankings and institutional development is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to attract high-quality faculty and build productive academic teams.
Strong international academic network and evidence of meaningful global engagement.
