Job Description
- BIM Engineers/ Architects

Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with design team to create and implement BIM models for construction projects.
Manage and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM models and data.
Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the BIM process. Collaborate with project team to develop clash detection and coordination processes.
Provide training and support to project team members on BIM software and processes.
Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices for BIM implementation.
Work with project stakeholders to develop and implement BIM execution plans.
Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to integrate their BIM models into the overall project.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education:

Bachelors degree in Architecture, or Master's degree preferred.

Qualifications:

Relevant certifications in architecture and technology.
Industry of Work Experience : 3+ years of experience in architecture and design.
Language Requirements:  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Technical and Hard

Skills:

Strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns, experience with REVIT is a BIG Plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Personal Qualities and Physical Abilities:  Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
