Robotics Prototyping Intern

Nestack Technologies is building an original, friendly-looking walking robot with expressive movement and AI interaction. We are looking for a hands-on intern excited about robotics and real-world prototyping from design and assembly through programming and testing.

Responsibilities:
- Support mechanical design, assembly, 3D printing, programming, integration and testing of robot prototypes.
- Troubleshoot motors, sensors, electronics and embedded systems.
- Document experiments, results and improvements while collaborating with the engineering team.

Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed engineering in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics/Electrical, Computer Science or related field.
- Basic mechanical CAD, 3D printing, Python or C/C++, electronics, motors, sensors or embedded systems.
- Strong hands-on problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
Nice to have: DYNAMIXEL motors, ROS/ROS 2, MuJoCo, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, servo programming, IMU/encoders, Git/GitHub, control systems, kinematics or robot locomotion.
