Job Description & Requirements
What we are looking for:
Education:
Minimum 10+2 / Graduate holders in any stream.
Experience:
Mandatory: Prior experience in International BPO/Calling is a must.
Preferred :
Minimum 1 year of experience handling US or UK customers.
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
Strong customer-centric approach with quick problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility:
Comfortable working primarily night/semi-night shifts.
Ability to handle extended shifts and pressure during peak seasons.
Willingness to support on weekends/public holidays if business needs arise.
✨ Added Advantages (Preferred Skills)
Prior knowledge or experience in the US Healthcare domain .
Experience as an A.R (Accounts Receivable) Caller .
Knowledge of US Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification .
