Role Description
We are looking for smart and enthusiastic graduates to join us as Support Interns dedicated to our U.S.
-based pharmaceutical and medical device clients. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Pharma, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences, and a keen interest in applying their knowledge in a corporate, tech-driven environment. You will be part of a team that sets up and manages pharma-specific learning experiences—like role-play simulations—ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to start your career with international exposure and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the setup and execution of POCs for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
specific to pharma and medical device clients.
• Work closely with internal teams (product, project manager, sales and support) to ensure quality
setup which is fully tested and ready for delivery.
• Participate in the execution of role-play scenarios designed to simulate real-world sales and
product training in pharma and healthcare.
• Ready to troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that arise during the POC phase.
• Document the observation for product improvement, track the results from POC implementations
to showcase the business impact of AI solutions.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures for handling customer-facing activities.
Requirements:
Education:
•
B.Pharma, M.Pharma,
B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology or any life sciences discipline.
Skills & Tools:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and effectively use software systems like Smart Winnr.
Personal Attributes:
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A self-starter who is motivated and proactive.
• Passion for the healthcare/pharma domain and a desire to work in a tech environment.
