♀️ Role & Responsibilities
Perform Ayurvedic and wellness therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and other traditional massages
Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments
Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and spa protocols
Maintain treatment rooms, products, and equipment
Handle front desk responsibilities, including guest coordination, appointment scheduling, and spa bookings
Manage basic billing, record-keeping, and daily spa schedules
Deliver warm, professional, and personalized guest experiences
Coordinate with the wellness and operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Spa Therapist
Certified in Spa Therapy / Ayurveda / Wellness Treatments from a recognized institute
Practical knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies such as Shirodhara and Abhyanga is mandatory
Valid certifications and/or licenses related to spa or wellness therapies
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Willingness to multitask, including managing front desk and bookings
Calm demeanor, professional appearance, and guest-first attitude
Relocation to Sanghi Nagar, Hyderabad is mandatory. Accommodation on site will be provided.
