Job Summary  Gataca Labs LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented  Medical Representative (MR)  to promote and generate awareness about the company’s nutraceutical products among doctors, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical stores. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities   Promote and detail the company’s  nutraceutical and healthcare products  to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with  doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals .
Achieve monthly and quarterly  sales targets  within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular  doctor visits and product presentations  to increase product awareness and prescriptions.
Organize and participate in  medical camps, promotional activities, and product awareness programs .
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
Ensure proper  product availability  at pharmacies and distributors.
Maintain daily call reports and submit regular  sales and activity reports .

Required Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in  Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or any related field .
Freshers or candidates with  1–3 years of experience  as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare products.

Preferred Requirements   Prior experience in  nutraceutical or pharmaceutical sales  will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
