Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Lightning Framework
- Configure and implement Omni Studio components (Flex Cards, OmniScripts, Data Raptors)
- Work extensively with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features and data models
- Build and manage Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and security models
- Collaborate with business, QA, and integration teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support deployments using CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce performance and integration issues
Mandatory Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Hands-on knowledge of Omni Studio (OmniScripts, Flex Cards, Data Raptors)
- Experience working on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Strong experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and permission sets
Good to Have
- Experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel
- Knowledge of middleware tools such as Mule Soft or Boomi
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Omni Studio, FSC)
- Agile/Scrum development experience
