As Service Now Architect you are responsible to provide technical direction and mentorship to Service Now Dev team and ensure best practices in Service Now development and architecture. Leading the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of the Service Now Platform focusing on HRSD, ITSM, App Engine Studio with future roadmap of ITOM, Now Assist & other new capabilities of Service Now
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Application you will be part of the Enterprise Applications, India, and you play a pivotal role in developing applications using Service Now Platform Development & Administration.

What you will do
Lead the design and implementation of integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, Integration Hub, custom APIs and applications like JIRA, Slack, Azure etc.
Responsible for design and architecture of HRSD applications like HR case management, Enterprise On-boarding, HR integrations, Employee center, HR taxonomy, etc.
Design and Develop OOTB and custom applications on the Service Now platform
Work closely with the user experience and platform team to create and enhance the HRSD Employee portal and mobile application.
The developer will be involved in developing and maintaining Processes on the Service Now platform and will need excellent knowledge of Service Portal setup, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. jQuery, AJAX, angular.js, etc.
Future ready for ITOM modules like Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration & emerging technologies like Now Assist, NLU etc.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical architecture and design
Testing of new and existing functionality
Documentation of new and existing process
Training of end users Experience and Skills Required
Qualifications 8-12 years of experience in developing applications using Service Now platform Development & Administration)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical architecture and design.
Experience designing Service Now solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Asset Management, or other major modules.
Expertise with Service Now Human Resource Service Delivery application in the area of HR case management, HR lifecycle events (Onboarding, offboarding, etc.), and Employee Centre.
Should have Architectural experience in Service Now HRSD
Extensive experience creating custom Widgets using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular
JS, etc.
Experience with the Now mobile app.
Experience in extensive cross-browser testing and support.
Hands-on Service Now integration experience using Web Service, SOAP/REST.
Practical experience in Service Now integration with ERP systems like Oracle Cloud
An appreciation of supporting production systems and end users.
Passion for working in the Enterprise Applications area.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, and strong analytical & debugging skills.
Understanding of software development processes.
