As a Senior Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) / Identity and Access Management (IDAM) consultant, you will be responsible for providing managed services support and project support with specific technology areas on Oracle IDCS and Oracle IDAM for Data Intensity customers. This role is critical in ensuring secure access, compliance, and seamless user experiences across cloud and on-premise environments.
Responsibilities:
Managed Services Support
Join DI Fusion middleware team. Participate in 24x7 shift. Provide expert-level technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for complex IDCS/IDAM-related problems. This can involve
start/stop the environment, debugging, performance tuning.
Manage user lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC).
Monitor and troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and federation issues.
Provide root cause analysis, fix resolution, implementation support, and continuous process improvement when issue arises.
Perform Oracle patch and Oracle security patch updates analysis and determine the impacts of existing environment. Apply quarterly security patches
Create and maintain customer environment documents and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
Project Services Support
Participating in DI Projects where IDCS/IDAM components are involved
The project scope involves Oracle IDCS or IDAM products’ installation, upgrade, cloud migration or new implementation. The products should cover most of Oracle identity products such as Oracle IDCS, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), and Oracle Identity Directory (OID).
Integrate Oracle IDAM solutions with a wide range of applications, databases, and third-party systems. This often involves working with technologies like SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and SCIM to enable single sign-on (SSO) and user provisioning.
Required Experiences
5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and configuring Oracle Identity and Access Management suite, including Oracle IDCS, Oracle OAM, OIM, OUD, OID, and SSO
Deep understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP.
Expert knowledge of Web Logic, Oracle Fusion Middleware products, Oracle HTTP server (OHS) and associated Linux platform experience
Expert knowledge in SSL and certificates management.
Working experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS or Azure).
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
Additional Desired
Qualifications:
Experience application performance tuning, including analysis of thread/core dumps, JVM heap size, load balancing, disaster recovery and clustering
Ability to provide exceptional service and quality to external customers and internal teams
Proven expertise in major incident management, based on ITIL principles and practices
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and fluctuating operational workload
Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
Superb trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required
Certifications:
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security Professional which includes IDCS and IDAM, is highly desired
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure related certificates are desired
Weblogic 12C certification is desired.
