Job Summary
Experienced QA professional with 6 years of expertise in testing Genesys-integrated call center applications , ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality across IVR, CTI, CRM, and third-party integrations. Proven ability to lead QA efforts, coordinate with offshore teams, and continuously self-learn emerging technologies and tools to improve quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
6 years of experience in QA and testing, with strong focus on Genesys call center solutions
Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud / Genesys Engage (or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of:
Call center workflows and telephony concepts
IVR, CTI, call routing, and agent desktop functionality
Experience in integration testing with CRM systems and third-party applications
Proven experience coordinating with offshore teams
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
