We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Manikonda, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of proven experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management. Prior experience in the retail sector will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
· Translate business needs into clear specifications for the technical team.
· Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations.
· Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
· Prepare and maintain detailed reports, process flows, and documentation.
· Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business requirements.
· Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 4–6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience with tools like MS Excel, JIRA, Power BI, or similar.
· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Added Advantage:
· Experience in the retail domain (e.g., merchandising, POS, inventory management, or supply chain).
