About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to drive quality assurance efforts for Salesforce Community (Experience Cloud) applications. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on testing expertise, and effective coordination between onsite and offshore teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions.
Skill Requirements:
- Lead end-to-end QA activities for Salesforce Community (Experience Cloud) applications.
- 6+ years of QA experience, including leadership or QA Lead roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Community / Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce test automation experience (Selenium, Copado) is mandatory.
- API and integration testing experience (Postman, SOAP UI)
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation.
- Proven experience leading onsite–offshore QA teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
