Strong knowledge of Oracle Retail SIOCS (EICS, SOCS, RICS, APEX & RDS), Xstore, RMS, XOCS

Experience with Retail Inventory & Store Operations Hands-on exposure to REST APIs, JSON, integrations Understanding of Oracle Retail Cloud architecture

Techno-Functional Consultant for Oracle Retail SIOCS with strong hands-on experience of EICS, SOCS/Jet Mobile, RICS, APEX & RDS.

Should have a deep knowledge of EICS configuration, setup and other batch process & POM integrations.

Should have a detailed understanding on integration between SIOCS and upstream/downstream systems such as Xstore, RMS/MFCS, WMS, and Custom integrations of SOA.

Should have a good hands-on PLSQL & Oracle Databse experiance to write queries for various requirement reports and data anlaysis.

Should have a good hands-on exprience of APEX to write and develop new application forms and modify the existing custom applications.

Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design for store inventory and operational processes.

Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, Configure and implement SIOCS modules including Inventory Management, Receiving, Transfers, Stock Counts, and Store Operations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to map retail processes (store inventory, replenishment, adjustments) into SIOCS functionality.

Design and support integrations between SIOCS and upstream/downstream systems such as Xstore, RMS/MFCS, WMS, and Custom integrations of SOA.

Perform functional configurations, data setups, and parameter tuning to meet client-specific business needs.

Develop and review technical artifacts including interface mappings, data flow diagrams, and functional design documents (FDD/TDD).

Support REST API integrations, file-based interfaces, batch jobs related and POM integration to inventory and store operations.

Lead unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and UAT support, including defect analysis and resolution.

Provide production support ensuring minimal business disruption. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to inventory discrepancies, transactions, and integrations.

Coordinate with Oracle Retail cloud teams and onshore/offshore teams for release upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Ensure compliance with retail best practices, data integrity, and performance standards. Prepare and deliver end-user training, SOPs, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Support SIOCS upgrades and cloud deployments, including regression testing and impact analysis.
