Your area of work:
As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for supporting asset owners and support groups across the organization.

Your role includes assisting in the creating and maintaining of authorization concepts for applications and infrastructure components, as well as enabling the creation and maintenance of cross-application business roles in collaboration with the respective stakeholders. All activities will be carried out using Nexis, a standard solution for authorization concepts and role mining.

Your Responsibilities:
Development and continuous improvement of the group wide Identity and Access management solution space.
Support of creating authorization concepts for applications and infrastructure.
Workflow enhancements in central access governance solution for business roles and role mining.
Support in test management for component and integration testing.
Perform POCs related to new features, specifically new authorization concepts lifecycle processes.

Your Profile:

Bachelor / Master degree in Information Technology, Management and Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Identity and Access management projects or practical experience during internships.

Experience with one of the commonly used industry solution in access governance, such as Identity IQ, Dell One, Omada, etc.
Experience in Java, Shell Scripting and JavaScript is desirable.
Basic knowledge of OpenDJ / LDAP / AD.
Experience in Nexis or test management would be an advantage ().
Solid handling of MS Office applications.
Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions is desired.
Fluent in English. German would be an added advantage.
Optional: CISSP, CISM or comparable certifications.
Strong, proven analytic and problem-solving skills.
Good presentation and documentation skills.
