Social Campaign Manager

We are seeking a social media performance expert with hands-on experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, You Tube, Linked In, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering measurable results through strategic social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple social platforms.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, including:
- Media Planning
- Account, Pixel, and Audience Audits
- Manage a portfolio of 12–13 accounts with monthly budgets exceeding $35K.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot campaign setup and performance issues proactively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve client objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the social media landscape.

Required Skills & Proficiencies:

- Strong expertise in running Image, Video, Carousel, Dynamic, and Catalog/Shopping Ads.
- Proven ability to design and execute full-funnel audience strategies to drive performance.
- Hands-on experience in Catalog or Shopping Campaigns, including feed creation and management.
- Knowledge of App Install Campaigns is an added advantage.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications &

Experience:

- 4+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns across Meta, You Tube, Linked In, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, or Reddit.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar website analytics tools.
