Project Manager, Data Science Manager, Data Analyst

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 11–14 years of experience in data, analytics, or engineering roles, including people leadership
- Proven experience managing teams in a global or offshore delivery model
- Strong ability to lead through influence, clarity, and structured execution

- Experience managing Data Engineers, Analysts, or similar technical roles
- Strong people leadership, performance management, and coaching capabilities
- Experience supporting data delivery life cycles from intake through production release
- Ability to partner effectively with onshore teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and execution management skills
- Familiarity with modern data platforms, lakehouse concepts, and analytics workflows
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for planning, tracking, and documentation
- Clear, effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have:

- Experience leading teams supporting lakehouse or cloud data platforms
- Exposure to medallion (bronze/silver/gold) data architectures
- Experience driving process improvement or delivery transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile or product-oriented delivery models
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise data environments.
