JOB LOCATION:

JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Building and execution of the regional sales plan, and deliver upon recurring revenue targets for the entire product suite
- Work collaboratively with the sales engineering team to develop solutions and present them to enterprises.
- Generate and qualify pipeline of enterprise accounts to consistently meet top of the funnel requirements in coordination with marketing teams.
- Manage direct sales as well as partner-led sales motion for target industries.
- Consistently present cost-benefit analysis and RoI to support CXO-level deals I and Fintech enterprises.
- Develop, Nurture and Maintain executive connects at key customers for consistent upsells.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- MBA and 4+ years of direct selling / field sales experience to large BFSI and Fintech enterprises in NA & EMEA.
- Experience of working in large tech. companies, fast-growing startups and AI-based product companies.
- Strong approach and demonstrable experience of prospecting and selling B2B Enterprise SaaS software, preferable in the AI space.
- Have sold as a challenger in a market, preferably in the category of AI-powered chatbots, voicebots and CPaaS.
- Having an experience of handling pre-sales functions at an IT product company would be a plus.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts applied to real-world use-cases for enterprises.
- Experience using prospecting tools and CRMS like Zoom Info, Lusha, Hubspot, Salesforce etc.
- Experience driving complex, long-closure cycles / RFPs of cloud-first products end to end.
- Experience of handling government deals, system-integration partner-led deals and channel partner-led deals.
- Use CRM to drive demonstrable results and target vs. achievement dashboards related to forecasts for management.
- Planning and handling industry events with target customer gatherings while presenting to a large top-level audience.
- Ability to work independently on deals, run complex solution presentations and platform demos independently.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years in technology-enabled businesses; selling or supporting the sale of technology to an Enterprise buyer. Ideally, experience with one or more large systems integrators
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, NLP, GenAI, and automation technologies.
- Experience engaging CXOs and business unit leaders in BFSI, healthcare, retail, telecom, or similar industries.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technology concepts into actionable business narratives.
- Skilled in ROI modeling, business case development, and strategic storytelling.
