About the Role:
We’re looking for an SailPoint Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring smooth daily operations of SailPoint IIQ.
The SailPoint Specialist is responsible for the implementation and ongoing development of our identity security solutions, including design, configuration, application onboarding, provisioning and the configuration of certifications, workflows, and rules.
In this role, you’ll also be responsible for managing and maintaining the SailPoint environment.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that Stolt-Nielsen has a secure, reliable, and productive identity and access management solution.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct regular monitoring and health checks on SailPoint IIQ application servers, scheduled tasks and application connections.
- Handling calls and tickets related to SailPoint IIQ.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IGA issues; perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Perform triage for the following processes — Joiners, Movers, Leavers process, provisioning, de-provisioning, access and permissions, certification, and role management
- Develop connectors, workflows, and custom integrations to support business and compliance needs
- Drive continuous improvement in IAM processes, automation, and security posture
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incident troubleshooting
- Handling updates, upgrades and ongoing support for the SailPoint platform
What You’ll Bring :
- Expertise in IAM processes, including Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML) workflows, access certification, and compliance controls.
- Understanding of Service Management principles, monitoring, and operational health checks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for L1 and L2 tasks.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with IAM teams and coordinate with third-party vendors.
- Familiarity with incident and service request management.
- Ability to generate KPI reports and maintain high operational efficiency.
Must Have
Skills:
- Proven experience in supporting and administrating SailPoint Identity
IQ systems.
- Windows server administration
- AD and Azure AD user management
