We are looking for a skilled QA engineer to help ensure the quality and excellence of our ERP products as we expand our engineering presence in Hyderabad.

What You’ll Do

- Design and execute test strategies based on functional specifications and business workflows.
- Develop, document, and maintain automated test cases integrated with CI pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with Developers and Business Analysts to ensure feature clarity, test coverage, and quality outcomes.
- Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing to validate new and existing features.
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Suggest improvements to increase test effectiveness and reduce manual testing.
- Participate in peer reviews and share QA best practices within the team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps and optimizing QA processes.

Who You Are

- 9+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation of web applications.
- Knowledge and experience in C# / Java / Python, API Web Services, REST API.
- Proficiency with test design practices and techniques.

- Experience with Selenium Web Driver or similar automation frameworks.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about product quality and continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with Acumatica ERP or other enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, financials).

- Experience with continuous integration tools (Bamboo) and version control (Git).
- Exposure to SQL and database validation.
- Experience applying AI tools to improve test coverage, automate repetitive tasks, or analyze defects more efficiently.
- Demonstrated initiative in driving ideas from concept to completion to strengthen our testing practices, automation frameworks, and product quality.
