As we expand our AI-led offerings for the Electronics & Embedded Systems industry, we are looking for a high-impact AI Sales professional who understands how to sell technology solutions to product companies and OEMs across domestic and international markets.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven AI Sales Manager with strong experience in selling to Electronics, Embedded, and Product Engineering companies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to international markets and the ability to position AI-led solutions for embedded systems, product engineering, and digital transformation initiatives.
This role will focus on building strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and global product companies, driving revenue through consultative and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth in the Electronics & Embedded Systems domain
- Sell AI/ML, Data, Digital Engineering, and Embedded AI solutions to OEMs, product companies, and engineering services organizations
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across India and international markets (Japan/GCC/US/Europe preferred exposure)
- Engage with CXOs, Product Heads, Engineering Leaders, and Innovation teams
- Understand client business challenges and position People Tech’s AI-led solutions accordingly
- Develop strategic account plans and long-term partnerships with electronics and embedded ecosystem players
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to drive closures
- Represent People Tech Group in industry events, partner forums, and client meetings
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of experience in B2B technology sales / IT services sales
- Proven background in selling to Electronics, Embedded Systems, Product Engineering, Semiconductor, Automotive, or IoT companies
- Experience working with or selling into companies like Samsung, LG, Bosch, Continental, Siemens, Panasonic, Toshiba, Whirlpool, Foxconn, Qualcomm ecosystem, etc.
- Strong understanding of AI solutions in embedded systems, edge AI, computer vision, product engineering services, or digital transformation
- Demonstrated experience in international market sales (Japan, GCC, US, Europe or APAC is a strong plus)
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
