Role Overview
Divami Design Labs is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant who possesses the strategic mindset of a Product Owner. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business development and design execution, ensuring that every proposal is not just a service pitch but a viable product strategy. You will leverage 6–12 years of experience to lead technical discussions, conduct requirement workshops, and architect digital solutions that align with the user-centric ethos of Divami.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Solutioning:
Act as a "Proxy Product Owner" during the discovery phase to identify core business problems and define product vision for prospective clients.
- Proposal & Bid Management:
Lead the creation of high-impact technical proposals, RFIs, and RFPs, ensuring they resonate with the client’s market demands and ROI goals.
- Requirement Discovery:
Facilitate workshops to gather deep-seated requirements and translate them into actionable product roadmaps and high-level backlogs.
- Consultative Selling:
Present and differentiate Divami’s design-led development offerings (UX/UI, SaaS, Enterprise Transformation) through expert-level storytelling and demos.
- Technical Enablement:
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and pixel-perfect.
- Stakeholder Management:
Navigate complex client landscapes, engaging with everyone from product managers to C-suite executives to align on project scope and outcomes.
- Pre-to-Post Sales Handover:
Ensure a seamless transition of product knowledge and client expectations to the delivery team for successful implementation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience:
6–12 years in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Product Management, ideally within a design agency or software product environment.
- Product Sense:
Proven ability to think like a Product Owner—identifying user stories, prioritizing features based on business value, and defining MVP scopes.
- Domain Expertise:
Deep understanding of UX/UI design processes, SaaS platforms, and enterprise digital transformation.
- Communication:
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical complexities into clear business value.
- Analytical
Skills:
Strong ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and ROI modeling for client solutions.
- Tools:
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/Hub Spot), wire framing tools (Figma/Sketch), and project management software (Jira/Asana).
