Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience in IVR setup, workflow configuration, and custom development, with proven delivery across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect IVR flows and contact workflows
Configure and manage Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and prompts
Develop and integrate Lambda functions for custom business logic
Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda, Dynamo
DB, S3, Cloud Watch, and SNS
Customize call handling, reporting, and real-time monitoring dashboards
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Amazon Connect implementations
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and performance
Support testing, deployment, and post-production support activities
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
5–7 years of overall experience in contact center or cloud-based solutions
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (IVR setup, workflow design, and development)
Successfully delivered 2–3 complete Amazon Connect projects end-to-end
Experience with AWS Lambda, IAM, Cloud Watch, DynamoDB
Good understanding of contact center operations and call routing logic
Proficiency in scripting or programming (Node.js or Python preferred)
Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM or third-party systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have:
AWS Certifications (Developer or Solutions Architect)
Experience with omnichannel features (chat, tasks) in Amazon Connect
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
