Job Description
7+ years supporting enterprise IT or workplace platforms, with 5+ years hands on in Microsoft 365.
Strong knowledge of:
- M365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive, Teams)
- Entra , roles, conditional access, MFA
- Intune/Endpoint Manager for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
- Defender for Endpoint/Identity/Cloud Apps
- DLP, compliance, eDiscovery, sensitivity labels
- Strong Power Shell scripting and automation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to operate production environments with high security and uptime requirements.
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery.
Desirable:
- Microsoft certifications (MS‑102, Teams Engineer, Security Administrator).
- Experience with Zero Trust frameworks.
- Exposure to hybrid identity or hybrid Exchange.
- Experience in fast‑paced or scaling environments.
